The remaining <del class="ministerial">5</del><ins class="ministerial">4</ins> states will sign as their domestic processes allow. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/01/2019 answer text <p>The UK remains concerned by continued issues related to religious freedom in Iraq but welcomes signs that Iraq's new leadership is actively promoting respect for religious minorities. For example, the Vatican Secretary of State made an official visit to Iraq in December, and the Iraqi Prime Minister's new Cabinet declared Christmas Day an official holiday for all Iraqis, not just Christians.</p><p>The UK is committed to promoting and protecting the right to freedom of religion or belief across Iraq. We regularly underline this to Iraqi political leaders, emphasising that this right is critical to building an inclusive, stable and tolerant country. Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon reinforced this message with the new Iraqi Foreign Minister Al-Hakim in December 2018. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/01/2019 answer text <p>The rescue of wildlife will not be illegal under the Order, however the re-release of listed invasive species that have been taken from the wild will not be permitted. Grey squirrel and muntjac may be kept till the end of their natural lives by rescue centres, under licence.</p><p>Neither grey squirrel nor muntjac deer are protected in the UK and both are highly invasive species which cause significant impacts on domestic ecosystems and protected species. Grey squirrels also have a negative impact on our forestry.</p><p>Risk assessments for both species have been carried out under the EU Regulation on Invasive Alien Species 2014. For muntjac deer, the EU adopted the UK’s risk assessment for this species, which concluded it has the potential to cause ‘major’ impacts. For the grey squirrel, it was concluded that this species was ‘high’ risk with the potential to cause major impacts.</p><p>The UK is committed to reducing the impacts of invasive non-native species within our borders. The Invasive Aliens Species (enforcement and permitting) Order 2019 is part of fulfilling these commitments, as laid out by the Government’s 25 year environment plan. The Government takes biosecurity extremely seriously and aims to reduce the impacts of invasive non-native species on our natural environment, the economy and human health. As part of this, the Government works closely with the UK Squirrel Accord and forestry interests to implement the grey squirrel action plan for England and provides funding to the Animal and Plant Health Agency to explore the potential for developing a fertility control method for grey squirrels. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2019 answer text <p>In 2018 the Government amended the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation so that transport fuels made using waste CO<sub>2</sub> are eligible for reward, provided that sustainability and eligibility requirements are met. Those requirements include that all the input process energy used to make the fuel is from renewable sources, and that the fuel delivers significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/02/2019 answer text <p>Powers which may be used to tackle vandalism include the offence of criminal damage which carries a maximum sentence of up to ten years imprisonment and a Civil Injunction which can be imposed by the courts to place prohibitions or requirements on perpetrators of Anti social behaviour, which can include requiring them to stay away from a particular place or require them to repair damage to someone else’s property. For adults, breach is punishable by up to two years’ imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine.</p><p>The Government provides support for the repair of memorials through the Memorial Grant Scheme which makes grants towards the VAT incurred by charities and faith groups in the construction, repair and maintenance of public memorial structures, including war memorials. The scheme has a fixed budget of £0.5m per year for spending period.</p><p>To mark the centenary of the First World War, Government funded a four-year programme. One strand of this work was to ensure war memorials across the country are protected and the people they commemorate, remembered. The aim was to add 2,500 war memorials to the National Heritage List for England. Companies in the sector have received £230 million from the UK’s video games tax relief since its introduction in 2014, supporting 480 video games productions that together account for over £1 billion investment in the UK. The UK Games Fund, launched in 2015 with £4 million DCMS support, has further helped 75 businesses and 170 graduates, and has been provided with an additional £1.7 million from government to extend the fund to 2020.</p><p> </p><p>The Creative Industries Sector Deal, published in 2018, also includes a Creative Scale-Up Programme piloting support for early stage creative businesses operating in Greater Manchester, the West Midlands and the West of England.
