	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/12/2014 answer text <p>As part of the Transforming Youth Custody Programme, the Government will shortly announce the outcome of a competition for new education contracts in under-18 Young Offender Institutions, which will aim to more than double the average number of hours of education provided for young people each week.
