star this property answer text <p>The use of dashcam footage is important in tackling unsafe driving behaviour. The police accept and assess footage captured by witnesses using dashcams and sent to them in relation to a number of road traffic offences, such as using a hand-held mobile phone while driving.</p><p>The natural proliferation of dashcams has helped support enforcement; the Government has no plans to make dashcams mandatory.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Government has committed £2.5 billion since 2020 to support the transition to zero emission vehicles, with funding to offset their higher upfront cost and to accelerate the rollout of chargepoint infrastructure.</p><p> </p><p>Government is supporting those without access to off street parking through the On-Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme (ORCS). To date, more than 135 local authorities have applied to the scheme and this year, £20 million is available to ensure more local authorities and residents can benefit. In 2022/23, we will launch our new Local EV Infrastructure Fund (LEVI). This will facilitate the rollout of larger-scale chargepoint infrastructure projects across England for local areas. Details will be announced in due course.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, Government’s forthcoming EV Infrastructure Strategy will define our vision for the continued roll-out of a world-leading charging infrastructure network across the UK.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

No historical record is held with the kind of breakdown requested for previous years.</p><p> </p><p>Neither is a record held of where ships operate, and hence the vessels mentioned above may be operating worldwide, not just on the UK Continental Shelf.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p> </p><p>The specification for each franchise is being developed collaboratively by the Department for Transport's Rail Executive and Rail North. Rail North are representing all the local transport authorities in the North of England. This is line with the partnership agreement confirmed between the Secretary of State and leaders of the local transport authorities in the North of England in January 2014. An integrated partnership structure between Rail Executive and Rail North is being developed with a view to managing the franchise once it has been let.</p><p> </p> more like this
