The highest hourly rate paid for Legal Advice by Ministry of Justice and its Arm’s Length Bodies in 2018 was £360 (excluding VAT). Please note that Ministry of Justice, uses Government Legal Advice Services Framework (RM3786) with maximum rate cards agreed with all suppliers on the framework.
