<p>Requirements for employers to become approved sponsors can be found in the ‘Tiers 2 and 5: guidance for sponsors’ at the following link: <a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/sponsor-a-tier-2-or-5-worker-guidance-for-employers" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/publications/sponsor-a-tier-2-or-5-worker-guidance-for-employers</a>.</p><p>We keep this guidance under review and will make changes in due course to reflect the introduction of the new points-based immigration system, from January 2021.</p>
