This will include an estimate of the young people that remained employed following the conclusion of the six-month Kickstart job (either with their Kickstart employer or moving into a job with a different employer), as well as the number of young people no longer in employment upon leaving a Kickstart role. These were revised in February of this year to clarify the differences in Japan's family law and consular support the FCDO is able to provide towards child abduction cases to Japan. The Department has committed to investing in a programme of support for schools to deliver these subjects and this will continue into 2020/21, including implementation guidance, access to high quality resources and training support.
