answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/05/2024 answer text <p>The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), which is the leading standards and quality assurance organisation for microgeneration technologies in the UK, is the certification scheme for the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). All installers that participate in the RHI are required to be a member of MCS.</p><p> </p><p>MCS conducted a public consultation on its operating model in 2023, and is currently implementing a programme of reform to strengthen its support for consumers. All installers that participate in the RHI are required to be a member of MCS.</p><p> </p><p>Consumers in this situation should contact MCS. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/04/2024 answer text <p>In the year ending March 2023, 2,108 children were convicted of a knife crime offence (defined as knife possession and knife threatening offences) and for 1,924 of those individuals this was their first knife crime offence. Compared to the year ending March 2018, 2,635 children were convicted of a knife crime offence and for 2,398 of those individuals this was their first knife crime offence.</p><p> </p><p>In the year ending March 2023, 11,899 people (i.e. adults and children) were convicted of a knife crime offence and for 9,314 of those individuals this was their first knife crime offence. This includes the number of cases that were closed due to offender being below the age of criminal responsibility.
