answer text <p>The Home Office publishes data on asylum applications and initial decisions, by nationality and year, in the Immigration System Statistics quarterly release on gov.uk. These statistics are published in tables Asy_D01 and Asy_D02 of the asylum &amp; resettlement detailed datasets which can be downloaded via the table attached.</p><p>The latest data relates to the end of June 2023.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (‘the 2014 Act’) provides the police, local authorities and other local agencies with a range of flexible tools and powers that they can use to respond quickly and effectively to anti-social behaviour. The powers in the 2014 Act are deliberately local in nature, and it is for local agencies to determine whether their use is appropriate in the specific circumstances.</p><p> </p><p>We receive representations from a wide range of stakeholders, all with a broad range of views on the issues and what action they would like to see. This includes representations from Local Authorities and Councillors and we are engaging with them to understand the issues they face with regards to fireworks.</p> more like this
