answer text <p>The Independent Panel for Administrative Law is currently cataloguing and analysing the responses to the call for evidence which is crucial for their ongoing deliberations. As the panel is independent, it remains a matter for the panel to determine how it intends to treat the evidence received in its report. Once the Government receives the panel’s report, the Government will then determine when and how it responds including publication and the underlying evidence in due course.</p> more like this
