In 2019, the Minister of State responsible for Human Rights, Lord (Tariq) Ahmad of Wimbledon, launched the document 'UK support for Human Rights Defenders' which was drawn up with significant and important input from relevant stakeholders, including Amnesty International, and which sets out how the UK Government engages with Human Rights Defenders to advance the human rights agenda globally.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial"></ins><br /><ins class="ministerial">Following the FCDO's reorganisation and publication of the Integrated Review, the UK remains strongly committed to this agenda and will continue to support and work in partnership with Human Rights Defenders to promote open societies and the UK's force for good agenda. We will reflect these commitments in the various strands of strategic planning which will flow from the Integrated Review.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">The FCDO also monitors repression of HRDs in its annual Human Rights and Democracy Report, the most recent of which was published earlier this month. That report paid tribute to the courageous work of HRDs and listed support for them as a UK international policy priority.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">The UK also recognises the serious and unequivocal threat that climate change poses to our planet, and that it can undermine the enjoyment of Human Rights. It is important that States comply with their human rights obligation when taking any action to respond to climate change. We are advising people with specific health conditions, who are deemed to be clinically extremely vulnerable to COVID-19, to shield and providing direct support to the shielded population. Local councils are also providing support to people shielding. We are prioritising vaccinations for those who are most at risk and those who care for them, following the advice of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation. Many disabled people received social care. The Adult Social Care Winter Plan sets out our support to social care through the winter, so people can continue to receive care and be protected whilst protecting people from COVID-19. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2019 answer text <p>The recently published 2019/20 general practitioner (GP) Contract announced seven national service specifications that will be developed for the new Primary Care Networks:</p><p>- Structured Medications Review and Optimisation;</p><p>- Enhanced Health in Care Homes, to implement the vanguard model;</p><p>- Anticipatory Care requirements for high need patients typically experiencing several long term conditions, joint with community services;</p><p>- Personalised Care, to implement the NHS Comprehensive Model;</p><p>- Supporting Early Cancer Diagnosis;</p><p>- Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Diagnosis; and</p><p>- Tackling Neighbourhood Inequalities.</p><p> </p><p>There are no current plans for an additional service specification on women’s health, as we would expect the health needs of all patients, including women, to be a key consideration in each of the seven service specifications. The figure was revised upwards to 13,000 in 2018. Any further increase in trial numbers would need to be considered against the likelihood that the trial objectives would not be met or revised objectives are felt to be necessary.</p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">Of the current 152 sites that expressed an interest in taking part,</ins><del class="ministerial">All planned</del> 140 trial sites have now opened.
