answer text <p>A redacted version of the Defence Safety Authority (DSA) Service Inquiry (SI) report following the death of Private Jethro Watson-Pickering from 1st Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment, in an accident involving a Scimitar Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked) (CVR(T)) on Salisbury Plain Training Area on 15 Oct 21 was published in Nov 23.</p><p>https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/investigation-into-the-fatal-accident-involving-a-scimitar-fighting-vehicle-on-salisbury-plain-training-area-15-october-2021</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The welfare of our personnel is of the utmost importance and the Army has accepted all 52 of the recommendations in this report. There are however no plans to issue a formal response.</p><p> </p><p>CVR(T) Scimitar is no longer in service; however, where the recommendations are applicable to other in-service armoured platforms, they will be implemented as soon as possible. The Army will review the Coroner's findings when available, to identify any additional recommendations.</p>

answer text <p>Eligible British citizens who were resident in an EEA country or Switzerland by 31 December 2020 may return to the UK with their close family members until 29 March 2022.</p><p>Family members can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) or for an EU Settlement Scheme family permit to come to the UK before 29 March 2022. Following a successful application to the EUSS, they would be eligible for settled status after five years. The relationship must usually have existed before 1 February 2020 for family members to be eligible to apply. answer text <p>Evening and weekend general practice appointments are routinely available across the country to enable patients to find appointments at a time convenient to them.</p><p>NHS Rotherham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) commissions a Rotherham wide general practitioner (GP) out of hours service from The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. The service provides care for patients with an urgent primary care need out of core GP hours and is accessed via NHS 111.</p><p> </p><p>The CCG has also commissioned extended access hubs across Rotherham, the hubs are located in four sites across Rotherham to ensure equity of access and are open to all patients registered with a Rotherham GP. Plans are in place to allow NHS 111 to access these appointments also.</p><p> </p><p>In January, NHS Rotherham CCG commissioned a further hub on site at the Rotherham hospital.</p><p> </p><p>NHS Rotherham CCG has commissioned the Rotherham Health App, which enables patients to check their symptoms, order repeat medication, book appointments on-line, book direct into physio services, and into the primary care extended access hubs.</p><p> </p><p>Additionally, NHS England, is undertaking a national review of access to general practice services. The review’s main objective is to improve patient access both in hours and at evenings and weekends and reduce unwarranted variation in experience.</p>
