	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2020 answer text <p>The Minimum Income Requirement is set at a level which prevents burdens on the taxpayer and promotes integration.</p><p>We recognise COVID-19 will have an economic impact on earnings including on those families where, because of a non-EEA family member, the minimum income requirement applies. We have therefore made relevant adjustments in order to support those affected.</p><p>Such adjustments are among a range of measures put in place by the Home Office to support those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. SSL monitor UKVCAS performance against set key performance indicators (KPIs) within the contract with the Home Office maintaining oversight to ensure Sopra Steria Ltd adhere to contractual requirements.</p><p>A KPI to measure the number of free appointments in the UKVCAS booking system for core sites was agreed on the 31st March 2020 with the service provider, SSL. In particular, the findings of a 2012 systematic review (Petrosino et al., 2012) were noted, which assessed studies from the UK, the US and Canada. This concluded that while the evidence base for the effectiveness of policing in schools is promising, it is not yet developed enough to conclude whether policing schools has an effect on crime in schools.
