unstar this property answer text <p>The Shipbuilding pipeline holds funding at a portfolio level for projects announced in the National Shipbuilding Strategy. As projects mature funding allocations are made from the pipeline budget against these projects. The Type 32 programme has not yet reached the level of maturity for full budget allocation and concept funding has been spent thus far, estimated at approximately £4 million to date. This is consistent with a programme of this size and complexity at this stage in its development.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The US issued a Technical Order to inspect the Fin-terminal fitting pins on all C-135 aircraft variants for non-conforming parts. The inspections had no impact on operational capability or availability of the UK Rivet Joint Fleet as all inspections were conducted within normal maintenance events between sorties. All UK Rivet Joint aircraft were inspected with no issues identified, and all UK aircraft were cleared for flight.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>It has been longstanding policy that by bringing two aircraft carriers into service we will ensure that there will always be at least one carrier available 100 per cent of the time, either at sea or in port at very high readiness to deploy.</p><p> </p><p>The CEPP programme remains on track to deliver the second operational squadron of F-35 by December 2023. This will provide two squadrons available to embark on one or both carriers as directed by operational tasking.</p> more like this
