	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2019 answer text <p>Guidance issued by the environment agencies (Guidance on Requirements for Release of Nuclear Sites from Radioactive Substances Regulation) identifies a credible option of leaving behind some low level radioactive waste as a permitted disposal after a nuclear site has been decommissioned. All Site Licence Companies, including Magnox Ltd, are required to consider the new guidance when defining the optimum end state for each site. The Regulation sets out requirements for product and ingredient safety assessments. It governs the use of ingredients in cosmetic products, banning some, restricting others, and in the case of preservatives, specifying which can be used and their maximum concentrations.</p><p> </p><p>Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their products and the products must undergo an expert scientific safety assessment before they are sold. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2019 answer text <p>The Prescription Cost Analysis data, which is published by the NHS Business Services Authority, shows that overall the number of prescription items in primary care has been fairly stable over the last few years giving no indication that prescription items, which could be issued for a longer time period, are being split between multiple prescriptions. There could be valid reasons for prescribing a shorter period of treatment, for example when the medicine is first initiated. The cost of prescribed drugs is met by the prescriber’s clinical commissioning group (CCG). Within this framework we support the efforts of the authorities and civil society to address the needs and aspirations of the Papuan people.</p><p>In August 2019, I attended the Pacific Island Forum in the UK’s capacity as Dialogue Partner (an observer). The UK notes the communique issued at the Pacific Island Forum but we have no plans to respond to it. We regard Papua and West Papua provinces as being part of Indonesia and consider dialogue on territorial issues in Indonesia to be a matter for the Indonesian people.</p><p>UK Officials at the Embassy in Jakarta, including the Ambassador, visit Papua regularly. Our Officials also press the Indonesian authorities to address legitimate human rights concerns.
