	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/03/2020 answer text <p>The Online Harms White Paper set out government’s plans to establish in law a new duty of care on companies towards their users, enforced by an independent regulator. Companies will be required to take robust action to address harmful content and will be held to account for tackling a comprehensive set of online harms. Non-consensual sharing of private and sexual images, often known as “revenge pornography”, is in scope of these proposals. The regulator will have sufficient powers to take effective action against companies that breach regulatory requirements, including the power to levy substantial fines.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We are also making sure the criminal law is fit for purpose. The Law Commission is conducting a second phase of its review of abusive and offensive online communications. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/01/2020 answer text <p>Responsibility for proposals to reform children’s social care is for the Department for Education.</p><p>The Department for Education is investing to deliver high quality children’s social care and are bringing more local services out of inadequate ratings and delivering programmes to strengthen the social work workforce.</p><p>Alongside this, the Government is providing councils with an additional £1 billion for adults and children’s social care in every year of this Parliament. This is on top of investing £84 million over five years to keep more children at home safely. The Government is committed to undertaking a review of the care system for children and young adults. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/09/2019 answer text <p>No assessment has made of the potential effect on demand for National Health Service services of self-administering treatments for migraine.</p><p> </p><p>Many patients with migraine can be successfully supported and managed through routine primary and secondary care pain management services and through the use of over-the -counter medicines.
