	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>The safety of all Armed Forces personnel is paramount at all times in planning and conducting our operations.</p><p>All personnel who embark in Royal Navy warships (including HMS Queen Elizabeth) are trained in their core roles, including the operation of equipment, to safely operate in all environments to minimise the risk of accidents. We look forward to achieving an initial operating capability in December 2020. There are eight available national railcards, including the Disabled Person Railcard and 26-30 Railcard, which veterans are eligible to apply for if they meet the relevant criteria. All of them offer discounted travel.
