	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>0.16% of National Health Service machines are currently using Windows XP.</p><p>It is not possible to set a timeframe for complete removal of Windows XP from all NHS machines. This is because removal is not always possible, particularly where Windows XP is embedded in medical devices.</p><p>All NHS organisations have been given guidance on how to mitigate the risks if they cannot completely remove Windows XP from their estate, for example, they can segregate the affected machines from the network. They can also contact NHS Digital for further bespoke advice and support to mitigate risks.</p><p>All NHS organisations must report through the mandatory Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) whether or not they continue to run unsupported systems. Through the DSPT organisations must provide assurance that they are managing, monitoring and mitigating the risk. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/07/2019 answer text <p>86% of schools in England are good or outstanding.</p><p>The Department has committed £7 billion to create new school places between 2015 and 2021, the vast majority of which are being created in the best existing schools or through good new schools. The Department is on track to create 1 million places this decade, the largest increase in school capacity in at least two generations.</p><p>Of the mainstream free schools approved between 2014 and 2017, 86% have been in areas where there was a need for more school places. 84% of free schools with inspection reports published by the end of May are rated good or outstanding.</p><p> </p><p>98% of grammar schools are also good or outstanding and the Department wants more disadvantaged pupils to be able to access a place at them. That is why it has made £100 million available through the Selective Schools Expansion Fund to create additional places, where needed, in selective schools that commit to a plan to improve access for disadvantaged children. Each case is carefully considered on its individual facts and merits in accordance with our international obligations under the Refugee Convention and European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">Each individual assessment is made against the background of the latest available country of origin information and any relevant caselaw.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">Our assessment of the situation in Sudan is set out in the relevant country policy and information notes, which are available on the Gov.uk website.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">Where someone establishes a well-founded fear of persecution or serious harm in their country they are normally granted protection and are not expected to return there.</del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">No EU citizens have been or will be prevented from obtaining settled status due to the technical inability of the EU Settlement Scheme app to convert pre-settled status to settled status. The online process which will allow an applicant to convert their pre-settled status to settled status is on track to be available from the end of July 2019.
