The UK is firm that there must be justice and accountability for atrocities committed by the former regime and for recent events. We have delivered these messages directly to the Sudanese authorities and publically, including in multilateral fora like the UN and the EU Foreign Affairs Council on 17 June. The UK, with international partners, is considering how we can hold Sudanese regime figures accountable for serious abuses. Officials attended public hearings organised by the group, and its report is one of a number of sources of information that we are taking into account when considering this issue. We have also recently consulted the World Health Organization (WHO) in both Geneva and Beijing. Their view is that China is implementing an ethical, voluntary organ transplant system in accordance with international standards, though they do have concerns about overall transparency.</p><p> </p><p>At present, our assessment remains that there is not a strong enough evidential base to substantiate the claim that systematic state-sponsored or sanctioned organ harvesting is taking place in China. There is, however, credible evidence that practitioners of Falun Gong are subjected to serious mistreatment. Our relationship with China is robust enough for us to raise concerns when we need to, including on the extensive use of the death penalty and the treatment of religious and ethnic minorities in China. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/07/2019 answer text <p>We have introduced computing as a statutory national curriculum subject at all 4 key stages and have introduced a new Computer Science GCSE and A level. The content was developed with industry experts to better equip pupils with the knowledge and skills they need to become active creators of digital technology.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the Industrial Strategy, the government has committed substantial spending on mathematics, digital and technical education to increase the take-up and better teaching of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects in schools. For example, in November 2018 we launched the National Centre for Computing Education (NCCE), backed by £84 million of new funding. The NCCE is run by a coalition of STEM Learning, the British Computing Society and Raspberry Pi and supported by industry.</p><p> </p><p>The NCCE is delivering a comprehensive programme of continuing professional development to improve the teaching of computing and increase participation in computer science at GCSE and A level, particularly amongst girls. We expect that this, in turn, will help equip these young people with the knowledge they need to pursue a career in the technology sector.</p><p> </p><p>We are also improving careers advice in schools so that young people are aware of the high quality options available for both technical and academic routes into digital careers and they have access to information about the variety of careers that digital technology pathways have to offer.
