We are considering the scope for further support and protection for people with mental health conditions.</p><p> </p><p>The Equality Act 2010 already protects people whose mental health conditions meet the definition of disability in the Act, specifically a physical or mental impairment that has a ‘substantial and long-term adverse effect on a person’s ability to carry out normal day to day activities’.</p> more like this

The Government acknowledges that in off gas grid areas, a future transition from heating oil and LPG to biofuels may allow the boiler element of a hybrid system to decarbonise and the Government recognises the work taking place within the oil and LPG industries to that end. However, the Government does not yet have sufficient evidence to take decisions on the potential role of biofuels in this context.</p> more like this
