<p>HMRC expect that the vast majority of energy saving materials will be unaffected by this change. This includes insulation, central heating or hot water system controls, solar panels, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, micro combined heat and power units, and boilers designed to be fueled by vegetal matter.</p>
