	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/05/2019 answer text <p>I continue to believe that Community Energy remains an important part of the energy system, delivering energy efficiency and demand management, supporting switching and engaging the wider community on the key challenges of the energy transition and wider climate change as well as owning generation assets.</p><p> </p><p>Renewable Energy co-operatives are one of the business models that we support and was a key part of the criteria in a number of community initiatives and support mechanisms the department funded in the past. To encourage consistent data gathering and reporting of outcomes, NHS England has worked with a wide range of stakeholders to develop a Common Outcomes Framework for measuring the impact of social prescribing. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, a consensus has been built for all social prescribing connector schemes to measure a number of outcomes, including impact on the person. However, recognising the importance of this matter, the shadow Sponsor Board has agreed a strategic approach, which commits the programme to deliver a building which supports Parliament’s core function as a working legislature using high-quality design and technology, as well as encouraging wider participation in the work of Parliament, including through improved digital access.
