Territorial Office Ministers will be invited to meetings of the Forum by the Chair, as appropriate, including the inaugural meeting. The UK Government is committed to supporting all parts of the UK, including delivering increased funding for Wales, and will continue to do so. The 2019 Spending Round provided the biggest day-to-day funding settlement for Wales in a decade with over £17bn in 2020-21 for the Welsh Government, an increase of over £600m.
