HMRC is committed to tackling tax avoidance at all levels across all organisations, including public bodies. It works closely with public bodies to support them with their tax affairs and ensure they pay the right amount.<p> </p><p>It is possible for individuals to use disguised remuneration tax avoidance schemes without the participation or knowledge of the entity that engages them. The UK supported a statement by the local donors' coordination group G13 on 13 March and an EU statement on 26 March condemning the proposed amendments, reiterating support for Guatemala's democratic institutions and calling on the Guatemalan government to respect the independence of the constitutional court. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/05/2019 answer text <p>​The Department for Education is working closely with NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care to support schools and colleges to provide support for children and young people with emerging mental health issues and secure specialist treatment where it is needed.</p><p> </p><p>The NHS Long Term Plan published in January 2019 announced that by 2023/24 an extra 345,000 children and young people in England aged 0-25 will receive mental health support via NHS funded mental health services and new Mental Health Support Teams. Mental health services will continue to receive a growing share of the NHS budget, with funding to grow by at least £2.3 billion a year by 2023/24. Spending on children and young people’s mental health services will grow faster than adult services, and faster than other NHS spending. The Minister for Europe and the Americas raised the issue most recently with the Turkish Ambassador on 13 May. While strongly condemning the ongoing violence perpetrated by the PKK, a proscribed terrorist organisation in the UK, we have encouraged the Turkish authorities to implement the recommendations made by the Committee for the Prevention of Torture following their visit to Imrali prison. In this regard, I welcome the fact that Mr Öcalan was granted access to two lawyers on 2 May.
