A draft of the form was issued to a number of stakeholders during development, and this included the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners. The Attorney General will be issuing new Attorney General’s Guidelines on Disclosure in the winter. So far, 3 have returned.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>EU Exit is an all-of-government operation. The Department for Exiting the European Union is responsible for overseeing negotiations to leave the EU and establishing the future relationship between the UK and EU. The Department for International Trade works to secure UK and global prosperity by promoting and financing international trade and investment, and championing free trade.</p><p> </p><p>Departments continually review workforce plans, reprioritise and assess changing needs, which includes identification and cessation of non-priority work where appropriate. Through the National Minimum Wage and the National Living Wage, the Government is ensuring that the lowest paid within our society benefit from their contribution to the economy.</p><p> </p><p>In April 2019, an above-inflation increase in the 16-17 year old National Minimum Wage saw 38,000 young workers receive a pay rise. The rate increased by 3.6% to £4.35 per hour. Since 2015, the National Minimum Wage for the 16-17 age group has increased by 12.4%.</p><p> </p><p>In the first quarter of 2019, the unemployment rate for 16-17 year olds was 19.2%, down from 28% in 2015. Any enforcement action, including a recall notice should be proportionate to the seriousness of the risk.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) is closely monitoring the response of Whirlpool and further steps will be taken if the response is not satisfactory. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/05/2019 answer text <p>The Prompt Payment Code is a voluntary Code administered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) on behalf of Government. Signatories to the Code sign up to pay 95% of invoices in 60 days, with an ambition to move toward 30-day payment terms. Signatories who do meet the standard are invited to submit a plan to CICM setting out clearly how they will improve their performance. Those who submit a satisfactory plan and subsequently demonstrate compliance are suspended from the Code and can be reinstated in the future. Those who do not engage with CICM, and fail to submit a plan, will be removed.</p><p>Starting in September this year, suppliers could be excluded from winning Government contracts if they fail to pay subcontractors on time. Under the new rules, suppliers who bid for government contracts above £5m per annum, who cannot show they are paying 95% of invoices within 60 days, risk being prevented from securing government contracts.
