	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2020 answer text <p>Quantum computing; 5G technologies and artificial intelligence are all areas which offer significant economic opportunities to the UK, as well as risks to our national cyber security that need to be managed.</p><p>Our development of Quantum Computing is funded by combined public and private investment through the UK’s ten year National Quantum Technologies Programme (NQTP).</p><p>Our current National Cyber Security Strategy (2016-2021) is delivering transformational change, building new capabilities and intervening to address the cyber threat. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2020 answer text <p>The Alternative Arrangements Technical Advisory Group met on the 20th June, 17th July and 12th September 2019.</p><p>The Alternative Arrangements Business and Trade Union Advisory Group met on 26th June, 10th July and 29th August 2019.</p><p>The new Protocol on Ireland / Northern Ireland in the Withdrawal Agreement which was agreed with the EU on the 17th October 2019 and ratified by the UK on the 23rd January 2020 ensures the whole of the UK will be a single customs territory outside the EU Customs Union.
