Commissioning decisions for the adoption of technology products in diabetes are guided by authoritative, evidence-based guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).</p><p>NICE has made a number of recommendations on continuous glucose monitoring in its suite of guidelines on diabetes, which are currently being updated. Through a multi-donor trust fund called ZIMFUND, DFID has, since 2010, supported the rehabilitation of water supply infrastructure to improve waste water treatment capacity and water supply to some areas.
