<p>There are various powers to fingerprint illegal migrants, but Border Force collect
prints under Section 141 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.</p><p> </p><p>This
legislation is extended to Coquelles within the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements)
Order 1993 (SI 1993/1813).</p><p> </p><p>The legislation is extended to Calais/Dunkerque
within the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Juxtaposed Controls) Order
