	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>The National Lottery Heritage Fund (the Fund) is in discussions with various representatives from the archives sector, including The National Archives and the Archives and Records Association. The documents that were retained were scanned in PDF format. The retained records are held by the Fund, and are not accessible to the public because they contain confidential commercial information.
