	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/12/2021 answer text <p>The MoJ has well-established, robust employee relations frameworks in place within HMPPS and HMCTS to ensure regular and meaningful engagement with all our recognised trade unions at the appropriate level, both nationally and regionally.</p><p> </p><p>Relations between both HMPPS and HMCTS and its recognised trade unions continue to be professional and constructive; a strong example of this is the continuing collaborative working to support safe operational delivery during the pandemic in prisons, probation and courts. The size and complexity of the HMCTS Reform Programme presents some challenges, but both sides continue to work together to seek swift resolution to issues.</p><p> </p><p>I have recently had positive introductory meetings with representatives of their respective recognised trade unions as has the Minister for Probation. We already publish data that includes tools to allow users to disaggregate for Wales and other parts of the UK and we are looking at whether there are further data sets that could usefully be disaggregated.</p><p> </p><p>Material is published by the MoJ in line with the code of practice for statistics. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2021 answer text <p>The FCDO received around 50,000 calls on our consular emergency lines between 11 August - 26 September, many on behalf of Afghans rather than British Nationals. Since 20 August, the average wait time was less than one minute. Since the Afghanistan crisis began, the FCDO alone have received 240,000 emails, sent to a number of our email addresses. FCDO along with the Home Office and the MOD, are working to assess cases raised in them as quickly as possible. We have processed the 30,000 emails from MPs sent on Afghanistan, including information about cases, that were received before 11 September and replied to all 650 Members so that we can focus on repatriation. We are replying to Members' correspondence after 12 September in the usual way. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/06/2020 answer text <p>The Agriculture Bill gives the Secretary of State powers to provide financial assistance for particular listed purposes, including: managing land or water to protect or improve the environment; protecting or improving the health and welfare of livestock; supporting public access to and enjoyment of the countryside, farmland or woodland; protecting or improving the health of plants; and protecting or improving the quality of soil. Funding such purposes will enable the delivery of a number of Defra’s future policies, including the Environmental Land Management (ELM) scheme, which will be the cornerstone of our future agricultural policy.</p><p> </p><p>Founded on the principle of “public money for public goods”, ELM is intended to provide a powerful vehicle for achieving the goals of the 25 Year Environment Plan and commitment to net zero emissions. Land managers will be paid for delivering the following public goods set out in the 25 Year Environment Plan:</p><p> </p><ul><li>clean air</li><li>clean and plentiful water</li><li>thriving plants and wildlife</li><li>protection from and mitigation of environmental hazards</li><li>beauty, heritage and engagement with the environment</li><li>mitigation of and adaptation to climate change</li></ul><p> </p><p>We are working closely with a range of environmental and agricultural stakeholders to collaboratively design the new scheme so that it is fit for purpose. We are currently running a programme of Tests and Trials, the priorities for which are the building blocks we will need for the National Pilot. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/03/2022 answer text <p>Each establishment licence holder has the responsibility at all times for the welfare of the animals within their establishment.</p><p>Establishment licence holders are required to have governance systems in place to ensure all Personal and Project Licence Holders comply with the requirements of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (ASPA) and to maintain compliance with the conditions on their own establishment licence. These requirements are defined in the Standard Conditions of licences.</p><p>In July 2021 the regulator initiated a new operating model that delivers a structured and integrated framework aligned with leading regulatory practice.
