star this property answer text <p>There are conclusive grounds to accept that the two people referred under the National Referral Mechanism for the identification of victims of trafficking, are both victims of modern day slavery.</p><p>One individual has been granted a period of discretionary leave. There are no reasons to believe that the other individual requires protection and/or assistance and therefore a grant of Discretionary Leave has not been made. <br>The individual was issued a residence card as a non-EEA national family member confirming their right to reside in accordance with EEA Treaty rights.</p> more like this
