answer text <p>31 December 2022 3,009,511 people with diabetes were offered routine digital screening (RDS) for diabetic retinopathy. From those 2,356,894 (78.3%) people attended a RDS appointment where images were captured.</p><p>Health is a devolved matter and figures provided are for the NHS in England only.</p> more like this
