The information requested can only be provided at disproportionate cost. </del></p><p><ins class="ministerial"><strong><em> </em></strong></ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">National Security Strategy and Implementation Groups (NSSIGs) were established after the 2017 National Security Capability Review to support the delivery of national security priority programmes, including by better utilising the full range of national security capabilities. Each NSSIG is chaired by a Senior Responsible Official (SRO), who is accountable to the National Security Council.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">The Gulf Delivery Board has not met since the establishment of the Gulf &amp; Iran NSSIG, which subsumed its primary roles and responsibilities in April 2018. Cabinet Office officials are members of the Gulf &amp; Iran NSSIG and attend all meetings. The Cabinet Office also provides some secretariat support to the NSSIG, alongside that provided by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.</ins></p><p> </p>

As part of the development of the Airports NPS, an Appraisal of Sustainability was undertaken which included analysis of surface impacts for all three options shortlisted by the Airports Commission.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the surface access requirements in the Airports NPS, the Government has specified that any applicant for development consent must submit a surface access strategy as part of their application.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Information regarding the total number of children who have learned to play musical instruments at school since 1997 is not held centrally. However, according to the data for 2016/17, recently published by Arts Council England, 711,241 pupils learned to play instruments together as a whole class through the music education hub network. The equivalent figure for 2012/13 was 531,422.</p><p> </p><p>Music is compulsory in the National Curriculum for pupils aged 5-14. The National Curriculum programmes of study for music say that children should be taught to play instruments in key stages 1, 2 and 3. In maintained schools, pupils also have an entitlement in key stage 4 to study an arts subject (which includes music) if they wish.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The UK responded quickly to support the international response, led by Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the World Health Organisation (WHO), as the second largest donor to the Strategic Response Plan. UK support has helped to improve leadership and co-ordination, surveillance, infection prevention control and preparedness measures.</p><p> </p><p>The UK is also supporting international response mechanisms tackling this latest outbreak, including the UN Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) and the WHO's Contingency Fund for Emergencies. The UK is the largest donor to CERF and the second largest donor to the WHO Contingency Fund.</p><p> </p><p>In 2014 DFID worked with the Wellcome Trust to develop an Ebola vaccine. This was subsequently developed by others into the experimental vaccine now being administered by the Ministry of Health and WHO teams.</p><p> </p><p>Furthermore, the UK is supporting neighbouring countries like Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan to ensure they are as prepared as possible for any regional transmission of Ebola, including funding for key UN posts in these countries.</p>

star this property answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is committed to working closely with Babcock to safely deliver submarine support work, including planned maintenance projects. The MOD has an existing team in Devonport in support of submarine maintenance delivery; this is part of a long-standing arrangement, which now includes increased performance monitoring. It is the policy of Her Majesty's Government that we do not comment on submarine operations. Having four nuclear-armed submarines ensures at least one is on patrol at all times, taking account of the cycle of deployment, training and maintenance.</p> more like this
