Furthermore, DCMS is leading a cross-government review into the supply chain arrangements for the UK’s telecoms infrastructure. The terms of reference are available here (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/telecoms-supply-chain-review-terms-of-reference). A new, skills-based immigration system will be introduced to ensure we continue to attract the talented people we need.</p><p> </p><p>We know that continued access to international talent and skills is a key concern for the creative industries as we leave the EU. The UK recognises that mobility is important to the creative and cultural sector, with the inclusion of a specific reference to the importance of mobility for creative, cultural and sporting cooperation in the White Paper on the Future Relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union.</p><p> </p><p>The government will set out further detail on the UK’s future immigration system in due course, taking into account the findings of the Migration Advisory Committee. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/11/2018 answer text <p>Ministers and officials hold regular discussions with Ofcom on a range of issues, including on the provision of children’s content.</p><p> </p><p>With the Digital Economy Act 2017, Ofcom was given new powers to publish criteria on commercial public service broadcasters’ provision of children’s programming and, if appropriate, to set related conditions. In response to this, in November 2017 Ofcom launched a review of children’s content. Initiatives supported through the CSIIF pilot are being delivered by organisations such as training providers and charities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/11/2018 answer text <p>The Cyber Accelerator programme is giving our innovative companies access to world class experts in government, academia and industry to ensure the UK is the safest place to go online and start a digital business. No estimate of the numbers of consumers who will benefit has been made, nor is one planned. This would be hard to do with accuracy.</p><p>The NCSC Cyber Accelerator, and London Office for Rapid Cyber Advancement (LORCA) work with companies to develop products and services that will enhance the UK’s cyber ecosystem, servicing the needs of national security and industry, as well as consumers.</p><p>In the past 18 months the first two cohorts of the NCSC Cyber Accelerator have raised more than £20 million in funding, and created 19 UK jobs. The Third cohort started in October 2018. The nine companies selected to take part in LORCA’s first programme started in July.
