star this property answer text <p>As the Foreign Secretary made clear in Parliament on September 6th, Ministers and senior officials have undertaken sustained engagement with international partners throughout the crisis. Amongst a range of other activity, the Foreign Secretary visited Qatar and Pakistan from 1-3 September and Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon visited Uzbekistan and Tajikistan from 1-3 September. The Foreign Secretary has also had telephone conversations with the Uzbek Foreign Minister on 6 September, the Tajik Foreign Minister, on 2 September, and with the Foreign Minister of Pakistan on 27 <del class="ministerial">and 25</del> August. Lord Ahmad has additionally called the Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan, on 3 September, the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan on 25 August and Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan on the same day. They held discussions with counterparts on securing safe passage for those fleeing Afghanistan and advancing the government’s international priorities.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p><ins class="ministerial">The R&amp;R Programme is carrying out tens of thousands of hours of complex building surveys and investigations to develop even more detailed records of the Palace of Westminster. These records are being used to inform design and planning, and future decisions on the essential restoration work required. </ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial"> </ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Two intrusive surveys, the Photogrammetric and Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) surveys, have recently started which contain an element of drone surveys as well as other activities such as high-resolution photography. The total estimated cost of these surveys is £1 million although this covers a number of activities.</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial"> </ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Due to how the activity schedules in these contracts are priced it is not possible to disaggregate the costs of the drone flights from the rest of the works being undertaken. However, it is anticipated that a significant portion of the costs will relate to the contractor resource required to deliver the surveys and the processing of the images taken (rather than the cost of the drones themselves).</ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial"> </ins></p><p><ins class="ministerial">This figure also does not include Delivery Authority internal staffing costs or the costs of the contractor planning and overseeing the overall survey programme because those costs cannot be disaggregated by individual survey.</ins></p><p><del class="ministerial">The R&amp;R Programme is carrying out tens of thousands of hours of complex building surveys and investigations to develop even more detailed records of the Palace of Westminster. star this property answer text <p>The UK has established two Domestic Advisory Groups to meet the requirements of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) and several trade and sustainability chapters within our FTAs. The organisational membership of the UK TCA Domestic Advisory Group, and the Trade and Sustainable Development (TSD) Domestic Advisory Group, includes representative bodies from both the agricultural and environmental sectors in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>The membership of the UK TCA and TSD Domestic Advisory Groups will be reviewed in 2024 and 2025 respectively. The MOD-led National Shipbuilding Strategy is seeking to work with shipbuilders and the supply chain to improve public procurement, increase trade and drive innovation.</p><p> </p><p>The Government’s Offshore Wind Sector Deal includes an aspiration to increase UK content to 60% by 2030 including increasing UK content in the capital expenditure phase and to develop a roadmap on how the 60% target will be delivered.</p> more like this
