star this property answer text <p>HM Treasury continues to work closely with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to bring these regulations into force as soon as possible. On 25 July, HMRC and DWP consulted with the Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) on draft regulations to bring this change into force.
