Volunteering to undertake some work-related activity does not mean, in itself, that the claimant will be transferred to the Work-related Activity Group.</p><p> </p><p>ESA and UC claimants whose condition improves so that following a Work Capability Assessment they move from the Support Group to the Work-related Activity Group will receive the relevant rate of benefit. Where our customers need assistance to access our services and information, we make adjustments to meet their individual needs. DWP customers who have a specific communication barrier are able to use a variety of different formats such as Braille, audio, and large print, through third party interpreters, and by arranging for a member of staff to visit the customer in their home. All jobcentres have also hearing loops.</p><p> </p><p>Accessibility software specifically for blind and partially sighted claimants is not currently available in jobcentres. However, we are starting research later this month to understand how best we can improve the service to support these claimants. Possible geographical variation in support will also be explored in this research. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/03/2018 answer text <p>We are constantly looking at ways to improve Disability Confident and have introduced a Professional Advisers Group (PAG). The PAG works with officials to evaluate the impact of different aspects of the scheme and suggest amendments and developments where appropriate. For example, we have introduced a Specialist Thematic approach, which has so far delivered two programmes focused on mental health and workplace adjustments. These programmes have been evaluated by the PAG, and suggested improvements will be incorporated into further specialist themed programmes.</p><p> </p><p>The PAG has also considered the impact of the scheme itself, and has recommended a number of changes which have been incorporated and disseminated recently.</p><p>We have also appointed a Disability Confident Business Leaders Group (BLG), comprising of senior leaders from significant British businesses across all sectors.
