If staff are based in London, they can apply for a place on the Westminster Holiday Playscheme which is provided by a third party. Children aged 4 years 9 months to 12 years are eligible to attend the playscheme, which runs during school holidays. If staff are based outside London and use a playscheme close to their home, the department will help with the cost of using the playscheme as long as the supplier is registered to provide childcare services. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/11/2017 answer text <p>The Government Digital Service has lead responsibility for digital and technology guidance and standards in central Government, through the Digital by Default Service Standard, Government Service Design Manual and Technology Code of Practice. All Government departments are required to follow the standards and guidance when developing new IT and digital solutions. Each department manages incidents which affect the services they are responsible for. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has investigated 590 significant incidents, defined as events which may impact the UK’s national security or economic wellbeing, across the public and private sectors in its first year.
