star this property answer text <p>Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons' inspection of Feltham took place from 23 January to 3 February 2017. Safety in prisons and young offender institutions is fundamental to the proper functioning of our justice system and addressing safety concerns is at the heart of our reform plans. The findings from the report highlighted serious concern over safety and levels of violence and we are already taking action to address this and other issues identified. We are currently working on an action plan based on the inspectorate’s recommendation to address the concerns raised in the report.</p> more like this
