This equates to a vacancy rate of 6.8%. This data is as at March 2016 for the independent sector and September 2015 for statutory local authorities.</p><p> </p><p>Current vacancies, in addition to demographic changes in the population and raised expectations mean there will be an increasing demand on care services in the future, including from the elderly and disabled. The decision to refuse a visa is recorded on our case working system, Proviso, a separate record is created when the decision is dispatched. Individuals have access to an online tracking service through the commercial partner which informs them when a decision has been made on their visa application and is available for collection or delivery. The Visa Application Centre is not privy to the justification to issue or refuse a visa. The primary method of service of any visa decision, whether issue or refusal, is via the Visa Application Centre unless they have requested another route, such as a courier service. There is no routine use of mail that is not recorded in any manner.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The service of a deportation decision is dependent on the location of the individual on which the decision is being served. Where the individual is detained in prison or an immigration removal centre, the deportation decision is served directly on the individual by officials in the prison or immigration removal centre. Where the individual is not detained a deportation decision is sent by recorded delivery to the individuals last notified address and a copy sent to their legal representative. For example, DFID’s new Work and Opportunities for Women (WOW) programme, will work with businesses in some of the poorest countries to improve job opportunities and working conditions for at least 300,000 women in global supply chains.</p><p>The UK has a strong domestic story. In April this year the UK became one of the first countries to introduce mandatory gender pay gap reporting for businesses over 250 employees. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/07/2017 answer text <p>The Government is preparing UK-specific WTO schedules which, as far as possible, will not alter the scope of UK market access obligations either in goods or services. This includes the market access currently enjoyed by trading partners under tariff rate quotas. The schedules will be circulated to the WTO membership, as the UK leaves the European Union. Following circulation if no objection has been raised within 3 months for goods and 45 days for services, the schedules will be certified. If an objection is raised the schedules will still come into effect but remain uncertified while we resolve it. An uncertified schedule does not stop a WTO member from trading with other countries or from negotiating Free Trade Agreements.
