	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/04/2017 answer text <p>The proliferation of pests in urban areas has not been reviewed by central Government, however there is a range of legislation in place to support local authorities in controlling urban pests.</p><p>Pest control is the responsibility of the owner or occupier of the property where the problem occurs. This equates to an average of £893,000 in additional sales per unique business supported.</p><p> </p><p>The comparable estimate for inward missions is £2.64 billion in additional sales since 2010-11. Ministers will correspond directly with the Member.</em></del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Brand names can be used but this must be done in line with the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 which prohibits food labelling from misleading the consumer. The way that product brands influence consumers’ choices will vary between cases, depending on the circumstances. A 2016/2017 electoral process resulted in a peaceful transfer of power, and increased representation of women in parliament. However, there were increased Al Shabaab attacks in the electoral period, including against civilians. 2016 saw a marked increase in the number of children involved in armed conflict, and frequent reports of civilian casualties in armed conflict. Sexual violence remains endemic. Access to justice remains very restricted. The Committee to Protect Journalists' annual Impunity Index named Somalia, for the second time in 2016, as the worst place in the world to be a journalist.
