This data is available from 1995 onwards.</p><p>This information can be accessed here: <a href="https://data.gov.uk/dataset/land-registry-monthly-price-paid-data" target="_blank">https://data.gov.uk/dataset/land-registry-monthly-price-paid-data</a></p><p>The Department for Communities and Local Government has recently concluded a public consultation, <em>Tackling unfair practices in the leasehold market</em>, which sought views on a range of proposed measures to help tackle abuse of the leasehold system including the sale of new build leasehold houses. star this property answer text <p>The Government identified that tackling onerous ground rents and leasehold houses were priorities in the Housing White Paper.</p><p>We are also working closely with the Law Commission on leasehold reform, building on their 13<sup>th</sup> programme of law reform consultation which had a significant response – over 1,000 submissions – on residential leasehold.</p><p>We are reviewing issues relating to leasehold and will provide further information shortly.</p> more like this
