unstar this property answer text <p>The State Pension top up scheme is open for applications until 5 April 2017. Once the contribution has been made, the individual’s State Pension payment is increased. UK State Pensions are payable worldwide but they are uprated abroad only where there is a legal requirement to do so. The reciprocal rights and entitlements that will apply following the UK’s exit from the EU are subject to the wider negotiations on our future relationship with the EU. We have not yet begun these negotiations, so it is not possible to set out any positions in advance.</p> more like this

Officials were in touch with Duro Felguera at that time to ascertain the situation, but it is the role of the appointed liquidator to secure the best result for the creditors. A creditors’ meeting was held on April 12<sup>th</sup>.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>As the UK leaves Euratom, this Government is putting in place appropriate measures to provide maximum continuity for the civil nuclear sector. New international safeguards agreements have been signed with the International Atomic Energy Agency, arrangements for continued nuclear cooperation with key trading partners are being put in place and the Nuclear Safeguards Bill, which provides the legal framework for a civil nuclear safeguards regime, has completed its passage through Parliament and will shortly become an Act.</p><p> </p><p>The domestic nuclear safeguards regime to be established under the powers provided by the Nuclear Safeguards Bill, will be operated by the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR). This Government has been working closely with ONR to put in place the measures needed to ensure continuity for the civil nuclear sector and ensure the UK continues to meet its international commitments upon withdrawal from Euratom.</p><p> </p> more like this
