It was based upon detailed market research and lessons learned from previous campaigns. The campaign was closely developed with and approved by the Army. star this property answer text <p>The latest Army recruitment campaign has received a very promising amount of interest, evidenced by the high number of hits to the Army jobs website and increased applications since its launch. In the first five days of the campaign applications to join the Army were more than 20% higher than the comparable period last year, and 35% more than 2017.</p><p>While it is premature to assess the success of the campaign, early indications suggest a strong start in attracting candidates to join the Army.</p> more like this

The geographic footprint of Armed Forces Career Offices across the UK is complemented by dedicated call centres and online recruiting operations, ensuring that members of rural or isolated communities have the same opportunity to join the Armed Forces as anyone else. In addition, the Services conduct outreach engagement programmes across the whole of the UK, delivering events such as career fairs, tactical campaigns and roadshows, supported by web-based information services and social media campaigns.</p> more like this
