The re-introduction of trolleybuses is a matter for local authorities and operators to decide, should local authorities see them as a suitable measure to reduce vehicle emissions.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The investigation is being conducted within the framework of Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation by the Dutch Safety Board (OVV). The OVV is an independent organisation, which makes its own decisions on when to publish its reports. We understand that the OVV expects to publish its final report within a year of the crash.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The OVV requested the assistance of the UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) to recover information stored within both flight recorders (Black Boxes). This work, which was completed on 25 July 2014, was carried out in the AAIB laboratories at Farnborough in the presence of the OVV, the Dutch police and a number of International participants. Subsequently, all of the recordings, and the recorders themselves, were handed back to the OVV and transported back to Holland. The AAIB did not conduct any analysis of the recordings and were not permitted to retain any copies of the information.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>From Highways England’s latest information, the M4 junction 3 to 12 scheme is scheduled to start works in 2016/17 and to complete in 2021/22. The latest cost estimate for the scheme is in a range of £614m to £862m with a central estimate of £715m.</p><br /><p>The improvements to the M4 are being designed to minimize traffic disruption. The work will be phased but ensure that sections will provide three narrow lanes open to traffic during the daytime and at times of peak flows. Lane closures will take place at night, when traffic flows are lower, for specific tasks such as re-surfacing and gantry and bridge erection. Some complete closures of the M4 will also be required to allow for the demolition of eleven overbridges that are to be replaced as part of this scheme. These will be arranged for periods when flows on the motorway are at their lowest, usually at weekends.</p><br /> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Spending Review 2015 settlement announced by the Chancellor on 25 November sets out an updated funding envelope for delivering the HS2 project in 2015 prices of £55.7bn. This includes provision for rolling stock, including motive power. The underlying budget for this project has not changed.
