It could only be obtained at disproportionate cost. For international appeals the average time for allowed appeals to be implemented from January 2014 to September 2014 was 45 calendar days. <br><br>The Home Office has 14 days to consider whether to appeal an allowed First-tier or Upper Tribunal decision (although this can be longer in some Upper Tribunal decisions where the last avenue to appeal is direct to the Court of Appeal). <br><br>The relevant unit responsible for implementation will be notified once a decision has been made not to appeal. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/12/2014 answer text <p>As part of its Whole Sport Plan funding, Sport England is investing £2.4 million into a joint initiative with the Football Association, the Premier League and the Football League Trust. This initiative encourages more women and girls to play football, and a further £3 million to the ‘Women and Girls' Talent Pathway programme to develop the next generation of talented female football players.</p><p>As set out in the Autumn Statement, the Government will also be investing £10m in facilities and coaching that will boost grassroots participation across the country. The Department is committed, however, to undertaking robust evaluations of its programmes. To this end, officials are already exploring options to ensure that, as SEFT is delivered, a rigorous assessment of its outcomes can be produced and lessons learned where necessary. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/12/2014 answer text <p>All wild birds are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, which implements the EC Wild Birds Directive in Great Britain. This provides a powerful framework for the conservation of wild birds, their eggs, nests and habitats.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Raptor persecution is a national wildlife crime priority, with the hen harrier one of six species highlighted for special attention.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Defra established the Hen Harrier Sub-Group of the Uplands Stakeholder Forum, whose members, landowners and conservation bodies alike, have a common interest to protect hen harriers. Members have made concerted efforts to engage and develop a draft Joint Action Plan to help the recovery of hen harrier populations in England. We are currently working with Sub-Group members to finalise the Plan.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Defra operates a range of measures to support upland areas, including English moorlands. These include protection through statutory area designations such as Sites of Special Scientific Interest and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In addition, in 2013 we committed £31.2 million under Environmental Stewardship schemes (covering around 98,000 ha) for the maintenance and restoration of moorland habitats. A further £4.1 million was also committed in capital grants for grip blocking.
