star this property answer text <p>This change was made solely due to the move from the SOC 2000 system to the updated SOC 2010 system. The SOC code system was updated by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in 2010 to better reflect the current make-up of the UK labour market. A number of jobs were reclassified by ONS under the updated system.<br><br>This change has had no effect on the inclusion of linesworkers on the Shortage Occupation List. The list was updated at the same time as the SOC 2010 system was applied to Tier 2, to reflect the new SOC codes. Overhead linesworkers remain on the list.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
