star this property answer text <p>My Expert Panel has focused its work on discussing where common frameworks may and may not be required in respect of powers returning from the EU which intersect with the Welsh devolution settlement. The UK Government expects that the return of powers from the EU will lead to a significant increase in the decision-making powers of the Welsh Government. UK or GB wide frameworks will enable us to safeguard the internal market, enable the UK to agree international trade deals and allow the UK to fulfil our international obligations.</p> more like this
