	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/04/2018 answer text <p>My Expert Panel has focused its work on discussing where common frameworks may and may not be required in respect of powers returning from the EU which intersect with the Welsh devolution settlement. The UK Government expects that the return of powers from the EU will lead to a significant increase in the decision-making powers of the Welsh Government.
