answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/04/2021 answer text <p>The National Wound Care Strategy Programme (NWCSP) has been commissioned by NHS England to improve the prevention and care of pressure ulcers, lower limb ulcers and surgical wounds. Its mission is to implement a consistently high standard of wound care across England, reducing unnecessary variation, improving safety and by optimising patient experience and outcomes.</p><p>To date, we are unaware of any robust research evidence to support the use of ‘smart bandages’ as a standard clinically and cost-effective therapeutic intervention but will continue to seek evidence about such potentially beneficial innovations.</p> answering member constituency Charnwood answering member printed Edward Argar question first answered 29/04/2021 11:57:16 answering member 4362 label Biography information for Edward Argar

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2018 answer text <p>The Government is committed to preventing drug use in our communities and supporting people through treatment and recovery and we expect to make an announcement about the Recovery Champion in due course.</p><p>We have established a Drug Strategy Board which includes representation from Government departments and wider partners who are critical to the successful delivery of the Strategy, including those in education, health, criminal justice, housing and employment. The Board is chaired by the Home Secretary and its purpose is to oversee and drive implementation of the commitments in the 2017 Drug Strategy.
