Discussions between the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and the CWGC about the possibility of such a change are ongoing.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>Mental healthcare and support is provided for all serving Armed Forces personnel, both regulars and reserve, and resources are not specifically designated for a particular operation. Because of the many ways in which mental healthcare is provided and funded, it is not possible to provide a cost figure that covers all the numerous care streams, which may include treatment by GPs in primary care facilities, out-patient treatment in military Departments of Community Mental Health, and in-patient care in specialist NHS units. <br><br>Responsibility for the delivery of healthcare to ex-Service personnel rests with the NHS and Devolved Administrations. As part of the Government's 2011 mental health strategy, No Health Without Mental Health, over £7million in additional funding has been made available over four years to help ensure that ex-Service personnel with mental health problems also get the very best care.</p> more like this

Individual Harmony Guidelines (IHG) are different for the three Services, equating to no more than 660 days away from home over a rolling three year period for the Naval Service, no more than 415 days away in a 30 month rolling period for the Army and no more than 280 days away over in the previous 24 months for the Royal Air Force.<br><br>The tables below show the information available in respect of breaches of harmony guidelines, by percentage in each year, by rank, since 2010 to the latest date available (1 January 2014 for the RAF or 1 March 2014 for the Naval Service and the Army). <br><br></p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p> </p><p>The UK's £3.87 billion International Climate Fund (ICF), managed by DFID, aims, amongst other things, to prevent climate induced migration in two ways. Firstly, by providing support for emissions reductions to limit the levels of climate change. This is by far the most effective way of reducing the numbers of people displaced by climate change.</p><p> </p><p>Secondly, providing 50% of ICF funds to help over 20 million of the most climate vulnerable people adapt to the impacts of climate change and avoid being displaced. For example; reducing the impacts of floods and droughts, introducing climate resilient crops, and providing insurance against climate induced crop failures.</p><p> </p> more like this

DFID has assessed our programme to ensure that UK aid could continue to be spent effectively and with maximum impact, and to ensure it was not being provided to organisations that proactively and publically promoted the Act. Following this, the UK and other donors agreed to indefinitely suspend funding through the Democratic Governance Facility to one organisation. We will continue to monitor this situation.
