Since, an estimated 20% of the relevant records held at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s (NDA) sites have been transferred there, while transfer of off-site records is approximately 40% complete. Dounreay’s records were the first to be transferred, including over 300,000 photographs and 200 tonnes of documents. Material from 16 other sites will be moved gradually over the next five years.</p><p> </p><p>In the longer term, a searchable Archive Management System will provide online access to the material; security restrictions will apply to certain records. A digitisation programme to prepare a specification and scope of work began last year.</p><p> </p><p>The facility has been primarily used by the local community and international nuclear community. It has hosted events for various international organisations, such as the Nuclear Energy Agency and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/02/2020 answer text <p>The Government has a statutory obligation to issue letters of recommendations to the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority at least once in each Parliament, and a remit and recommendations letter to the Financial Policy Committee at least once per calendar year. The Treasury lays copies of these letters before Parliament.</p><p> </p><p>In order to meet its statutory obligation, the Government last issued these letters on 4 November 2019. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/02/2020 answer text <p>The government has announced that maximum grants and loans for living and other costs will increase by 2.9% for the 2020/21 academic year starting in August 2020.</p><p>Means-tested grants and loans for living and other costs are a contribution towards a student’s costs while attending university.</p><p>The current system bases the amount of support a student is entitled to on the student’s household income rather than on family outgoings. It ensures that the most support is targeted consistently at families from the lowest income backgrounds who need it most. It also ensures that information on income for individual applicants can be effectively processed by Student Finance England who deal with more than one million applications for student support in time for the start of an academic year.</p><p>Maximum loans for living costs for the lowest income students living away from their parents’ home and studying at a university in London are set at a higher level than for students studying outside London or living in their parents’ home. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/02/2020 answer text <p>Since January 2017 85 Prevention of Future Death (PFD) reports have been addressed to my Department by Coroners following inquests held into deaths occurring in prison custody.</p><p> </p><p>We are committed to learning from the findings of inquests into deaths in custody, and I am grateful to Coroners who make PFD reports after them. All such reports addressed to my Department are collected centrally in HMPPS, and careful consideration is given to the matters of concern raised in them.</p><p> </p><p>The Director General for Prisons responds personally to the Coroner in each case, explaining how the concerns raised have been, or will be, addressed, locally in the establishment, and at national level where there is wider learning to be shared or a policy issue has been raised.
